It is the most extreme route to selling the Giallsi, says Marcellos head of sales.
The owner of the Gialla is also selling the club and will take over the club in 2018.
The club’s president, Stefano Colombo, is a former Juventus midfielder and former player for Milan, AC Milan and Milan Bologna.
He is now an entrepreneur, having previously sold the club to the Italian government.
However, the Giallo will still remain a Serie A club.
“It is very difficult to sell a club that is in such good shape,” Marcellosi told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“There are so many great players who are still playing there.
It is difficult to do this because of the money, but the club will still have to be sold.”
Lippi is currently considering the options available to him, with the option to sell his club to a consortium of wealthy businessmen, who are expected to offer a significant sum of money to secure the club.
This group is expected to include some of the richest men in Italy, including Silvio Berlusconi and his family.
It was the Berlusconis who brought the Gialledis to Milan in 2006 and subsequently sold them to the Serie A champions, who then signed up a new coach, Massimiliano Allegri, who went on to win the Champions League with Milan.
